Home Safety Evaluation

The Home Safety Evaluation is appropriate for those clients who have had a recent change in status or need advice on home modifications and adaptive equipment. The sessin will include a thorough investigation of the client's living space and recomendations will be provided for adaptive eqipment. Training and setup of equpiment will be provided if necessary. 
 
Ideally, this session will take place in the client's home but can be performed remotely through the Telehealth Portal if needed. Price shown is for those within 3 miles of the 90016 area code; additional travel time may incur additional fees. 
 
This session will last approximately 1 hour.
