New Mom Ergonomics Consultation

In our New Mom Consultation, we address the many aspects of healthy posture and alignment of both you and your little one. We will discuss safe ergonomics for breastfeeding, holding, lifting and setting your baby down. We will also answer any questions you may have regarding pain or discomfort you may be experiencing.
 
The session will last appoximately 1 hours. This appointment can be performed at your home or remotely through the telehealth portal.
